The Main Street America Institute will host the 2024 Community Transformation Workshop on October 15 and 16 (arrival on October 14), in Des Moines and Nevada, Iowa. This immersive, interactive two-day experience will guide participants through the foundational principles of transformation strategies informed by market analysis. Participants will spend day one of the workshop in Nevada, Iowa, exploring tools necessary to address complex revitalization initiatives. During the second day in Des Moines, participants will apply these strategies to analyze their own community's market data and develop real world solutions. Participants will leave the workshop with a deeper understanding of their community's market data and, most importantly, how to use market analysis techniques and workplan development strategies to support their organization's efforts.

The workshop will include instructional content sessions led by experts in the field and hands-on projects. Emphasizing the importance of partnerships and collaboration, the format will provide a learning environment that draws upon the experience and expertise of instructors and participants alike.
